4. Order Confirmation, Payment & Cancellation via WhatsApp
All order finalization, payment processing, and cancellations are handled EXCLUSIVELY outside of this website, primarily through WhatsApp.
After you "place an order" on this website, we will receive your order details (including the product list and your Supabase User ID) in our Sanity.io database.
Clicking the 'Complete Order on WhatsApp' button (or similar) will generate a pre-filled message on WhatsApp. Your order is considered CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER you successfully send this message from WhatsApp.
If the WhatsApp message is not sent, your order will still be recorded in our database as an inquiry. We may, at our discretion, contact you regarding this unconfirmed order to offer assistance or inquire about your purchase intent.
All payment collection will occur securely and directly with our authorized representative via WhatsApp as instructed. The final confirmation of your transaction will occur solely within the WhatsApp communication, upon successful payment. This website DOES NOT collect, process, or store any sensitive payment information such as credit card details, bank account numbers, or UPI IDs.
Order cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp only within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Requests outside this window or through other channels may not be honored.
As operations are managed by an individual, orders may be subject to cancellation or significant delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock issues, shipping complications, personal capacity, or other operational challenges). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
5. Product Quality, Damage & User Liability
We strive to provide products in good condition. However, given that many items may be DIY kits or components, please note the following:
Damage Upon Receipt: If a product arrives damaged or is non-functional upon initial receipt (Dead on Arrival - DOA), please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution.
User Assembly/Usage Liability: Many products may require assembly or specific usage procedures. We provide relevant instructions where available. We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or injury to the user or property that occurs as a result of improper assembly, incorrect usage, modifications, or any actions taken by the user beyond the intended and documented use of the product. By purchasing and using DIY kits or components, you acknowledge the inherent risks and assume responsibility for proper handling and assembly.
Attempted Best Practice: We strive to source and provide products that are safe and reliable. However, due to the nature of some products (especially DIY components), we cannot guarantee against all potential risks. Users are encouraged to exercise caution and follow safety guidelines.
6. Service-Specific Terms
The following terms apply specifically to each service offered on this platform, in addition to all general terms above.
6.1 3D Printing Service
Model Files: You are responsible for ensuring you hold the rights to any 3D model files you upload. By uploading, you confirm that you own or are licensed to use the file.
Quote Accuracy: The price estimate is generated from file geometry analysis and is approximate. Final pricing is confirmed after manual review of your model.
Material & Color: Minor colour variations between batches of filament may occur and are not considered defects.
Print Failure: If a print fails due to model geometry issues (non-manifold mesh, extreme overhangs, etc.), you will be informed before reprinting. Additional charges may apply for reprints caused by model errors.
6.2 Web Development Service
Estimate vs. Final Quote: The price calculator provides a preliminary estimate only. The final binding quote is issued after a full requirements discussion via WhatsApp.
Reference Files: Any reference files (ZIP, Word, PDF) you upload are used solely to understand your project requirements and are treated as confidential. They are not shared with third parties.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the delivered codebase. Third-party libraries and frameworks retain their own licences.
Revisions: Revision scope and count will be agreed upon in the WhatsApp discussion before work begins.
6.3 Video Editing Service
Raw Footage: Raw video files should be shared directly via WhatsApp or a file-sharing service agreed upon during our conversation. Do not upload footage to the website order form.
Content Rights: You confirm you own or are licensed to use all footage and audio provided. We are not liable for any copyright claims arising from content you supply.
Delivery Format: Final deliverables will be in the format discussed (MP4/MOV). Source project files are not included unless separately agreed.
6.4 Project Mentorship
Review Fee: The review fee is payable in advance before the session begins. This fee is non-refundable once the session has started.
Academic Integrity: Mentorship is provided for learning and debugging purposes. We do not complete assignments or projects on behalf of students for academic submission.
Outcome: We provide guidance and best-effort assistance. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, exam results, or hardware functionality after our session.
7. File Storage & Auto-Deletion Policy
To protect your privacy and manage storage responsibly, the following policy applies to all files uploaded to our platform (3D model files, web development reference files, etc.):
Automatic Deletion: All files uploaded to our servers are automatically and permanently deleted within 7 days of upload. This process runs daily.
Download Link Expiry: The secure download link shared in the WhatsApp order message is valid for 7 days only. After this period the link will no longer work and the files will have been deleted.
Re-upload Required: If your order has not been processed before the files are deleted, you will need to re-upload your files and place a new order, or share them directly via WhatsApp upon request.
Private Storage: Uploaded files are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket. They are not publicly accessible. Only a time-limited secure link shared directly with you (via the WhatsApp order message) can be used to download the file.
No Long-Term Storage: We do not retain copies of your files beyond the 7-day window. Please keep your own backups of any files you upload.
8. Intellectual Property & User Content
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is presented for informational and marketing purposes. This website operates as a small, independent venture and does not claim registered trademarks or copyrights on its names, logos, or general branding unless explicitly stated otherwise.
We strive to use non-trademarked and non-copyrighted materials where possible. If you believe any content on this website infringes upon your copyright or trademark, or if you wish for specific content (e.g., an image of yours) to be removed, please contact us immediately using the details provided below. We will promptly investigate your request and, if valid, take appropriate action, including removal of the infringing material.

11. Support Ticket System
We provide an in-app support ticket system for raising concerns related to your orders. By using this system, you agree to the following:
Eligibility: Tickets can be raised only by registered users for orders placed under their account.
One active ticket per order: You may not open more than one active (open or in-progress) ticket for the same order at the same time.
Status changes: Ticket statuses are managed by us. Open means your ticket has been received. In Progress means we are actively working on it. Resolved means the issue has been addressed to a satisfactory extent.
User cancellation: You may cancel your own open or in-progress ticket at any time if you no longer need assistance. A cancelled ticket cannot be reopened; you will need to raise a new ticket.
Ticket retention and deletion: Resolved or cancelled tickets remain visible to you for reference. We reserve the right to delete tickets older than 90 days from our system. If a resolved or cancelled ticket is no longer visible on your end, it may have been deleted as part of routine data clean-up. You must raise a new ticket to seek further assistance.
Response time: We aim to respond within 24 hours on working days. As a single-person operation, response times may occasionally be longer. We appreciate your patience.
Acceptable use: Tickets must be used only for legitimate support requests related to your orders. Abuse, spam, or offensive messages may result in ticket closure and account suspension.
