4. Order Confirmation, Payment & Cancellation via WhatsApp

All order finalization, payment processing, and cancellations are handled EXCLUSIVELY outside of this website, primarily through WhatsApp.

  • After you "place an order" on this website, we will receive your order details (including the product list and your Clerk User ID) in our Sanity.io database.
  • Clicking the 'Complete Order on WhatsApp' button (or similar) will generate a pre-filled message on WhatsApp. Your order is considered CONFIRMED ONLY AFTER you successfully send this message from WhatsApp.
  • If the WhatsApp message is not sent, your order will still be recorded in our database as an inquiry. We may, at our discretion, contact you regarding this unconfirmed order to offer assistance or inquire about your purchase intent.
  • All payment collection will occur securely and directly with our authorized representative via WhatsApp as instructed. The final confirmation of your transaction will occur solely within the WhatsApp communication, upon successful payment. This website DOES NOT collect, process, or store any sensitive payment information such as credit card details, bank account numbers, or UPI IDs.
  • Order cancellation requests must be made via WhatsApp only within 24 hours of successful payment confirmation. Requests outside this window or through other channels may not be honored.
  • As operations are managed by an individual, orders may be subject to cancellation or significant delay due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., stock issues, shipping complications, personal capacity, or other operational challenges). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.

5. Product Quality, Damage & User Liability

We strive to provide products in good condition. However, given that many items may be DIY kits or components, please note the following:

  • Damage Upon Receipt: If a product arrives damaged or is non-functional upon initial receipt (Dead on Arrival - DOA), please contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photographic or video evidence. We will assess the situation and work towards a resolution.

We are not responsible for any damage, malfunction, or injury to the user or property that occurs as a result of improper assembly, incorrect usage, modifications, or any actions taken by the user beyond the intended and documented use of the product. We do not store your email address, name, or other sensitive personal details directly in our Sanity database for order tracking purposes.
  • Order Details: When you place an order, we collect information about the products you wish to purchase (product IDs, quantities, prices at the time of order) and your shipping address. This information is linked to your Clerk User ID.
  • Non-Personal Data: We may collect non-personal data such as browser type, operating system, and website usage statistics to improve our service. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.

6.2 How We Use Your Information

  • To process and fulfill your order inquiries initiated on this website.
  • To contact you via WhatsApp for order finalization and payment.
  • To track internal order history associated with your Clerk User ID.

  • Sanity.io: Our product data and order details (linked to your Clerk User ID) are stored in a Sanity.io dataset.
  • Public Dataset: Please be aware that due to being a small, independently managed operation and for cost efficiency, our Sanity.io dataset is currently configured as public. This means that the product information and the order data (which contains only your Clerk User ID and order items/details, NOT your email or name) are publicly accessible via the Sanity API. We rely on the anonymity provided by the Clerk User ID for privacy in this setup.
  • Clerk.com: Your full user profile (including email, name, etc.) is securely managed by Clerk.com. We do not have direct access to, or storage of, these sensitive details on our own servers or in our Sanity dataset. Clerk's security practices govern the protection of your authentication data.
  • No Payment Data Storage: As stated, this website DOES NOT collect, process, or store any payment card information, bank details, or other financial data on this website or in our Sanity.io database.

6.4 Data Retention

We retain order data and associated Clerk User IDs for business operational purposes, including customer service and record-keeping. You may request deletion of your order data by contacting us using the details below.
